As a Store Manager, you will be an ambassador of Ted Baker brand. You will be directly accountable for developing the business and monitoring your store’s budget and operations. And responsible for the Ted Baker identity of your store.
Job (Store Manager Ted Baker Jobs in Dubai – Al Futtaim) Responsibilities
- Develop the team to ensure they deliver the best service to every Client. Support them with consistent coaching, identify their development and training needs to tailor individual action plans.
- Organize the team in an efficient manner according to business needs and delegate responsibility.
- Set achievable yet challenging team and individual targets for the store; assess, monitor and manage performance to ensure these goals are achieved.
- Build a loyal Clientele, leveraging all clienteling tools.
- Ensure business opportunities are maximized through efficient sales floor management, being a visible presence and support and ensuring the brand standards are achieved.
Job (Store Manager Ted Baker Jobs in Dubai – Al Futtaim) Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree would be a plus.
- Min 3 to 5 years of experience in retail and team management.
- Good knowledge of the fashion/beauty industry and trends.
- Customer service and results oriented.
- Proactive with good team spirit and able to take initiatives.
