Technology Coordinator Jobs in Dubai | Transguard Careers:
Provide administrative support to Technology Department in order to ensure smooth operations of the day to day activities and assist in all facility requirements to the Vice President, Managers, and all employees across Technology Department. Work within the established policies and procedures within the department.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor the distribution of all incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Monitor the distribution of all incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Manage and control the archiving system and retrieval of any document as and when required
- Maintain and update as required a departmental filing system which ensures that documentation is easily accessible.
- Assist with basic day to day administration tasks
Job Requirements
- Written and verbal proficiency in English and Arabic language
- Knowledge of related DA Policies and Procedures/processes
- Knowledge of Dubai Airport’s Policies and Procedures/processes
- General knowledge of Office Automation
- Aviation Knowledge
