The role is to facilitate the management of the commercial contracts & bidding process for the Commercial Group and manage all commercial contracts administration processes. In addition, this involves proactively reviewing contracts through all the cycles and ensuring they are aligned and executed to overall business strategy and goals.
Job (Commercial Contracts Manager Jobs in Dubai – Transguard Group) Responsibilities
- Manage the issuance of contracts using the Commercial Contracts Management system based on all commercial requirements and in line with applicable laws.
- Ensure that all commercial partnerships and contracts are covered by up-to-date legal arrangements which reflect corporate goals, applicable laws, commercial priorities, and long-term business success.
- Send follow-ups on all contractual commitments and liaise with the different stakeholders through completion.
Job (Commercial Contracts Manager Jobs in Dubai – Transguard Group) Requirements
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of legal terminology, including local laws and governance.
- Possesses superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines.
- Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
