A Team Leader oversees a group of employees and motivates them to do their job efficiently. They provide daily objectives, develop reward systems for productivity that motivate new hires and seasoned workers alike and communicate any issues with upper management to reach business goals effectively.
Job Responsibilities
- Confirm mops, cloths etc., are washed and left to dry as appropriate at the end of each shift
- Ensure Supervisor is aware of low stocklevels of materials and equipment
- Determine routi ng schedule andcommunicate work fl ow instructi on tocleaning staff on a daily basis
- Train and supervise new employees.
- Report immediately to the Supervisor any defective electrical sockets, lighting, vandalism etc.as notified by Cleaning Staff.
