Job (Business Development Manager Jobs in Dubai – Transguard Group) Responsibilities
- Maintain extensive knowledge of the outsourcing Industry and of the current market conditions
- Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
- Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth
- Identifying and researching opportunities that arise in new/ existing markets
- Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients
- Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole
- Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
- Manage the KPI’s and deliverables of the workforce solutions sales team.

- The successful incumbent will have strong communication and presentation skills.
- He/she will possess the ability to influence and negotiate with others.
- Carry commercial awareness.
- Demonstrate the ability to think creatively and strategically.
- The ideal candidate will also have excellent organisational skills.
- Self-motivated, resilient and target driven candidates are encouraged to apply
- Experience with preparing a financial summary will be essential
- Knowledge of the Outsourcing recruitment industry will be required
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software such as sales force.
