Warehouse Jobs in UAE 2022 | Alshaya Careers Hiring Now:
Responsible for managing the entire Warehouse operations including the Warehouse teams, visitor controls, safety and security. Receive process and dispatch merchandise to stores.
Job (Warehouse Manager Jobs in UAE – Alshaya Group) Responsibilities:
- Manage a team including workload, motivation, training and appraisals.
- Motivate own team to increase productivity.
- Ensure transparent communication.
- Escalate issues to the Line Manager as and when necessary.
- Ensure Supervision and Leadership of the team.
- Control operational spending in conjunction with the Operation Support Manager/ Distribution Operations Manager.
- Coordinate stock takes and cycle counts.
Job (Warehouse Manager Jobs in UAE – Alshaya Group) Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of Warehouse/ Distribution Centre experience at a Shift Manager /Warehouse Management level.
- Experience in a multicultural work environment, fluent in English.
- Positive attitude towards working under pressure in a high workload context.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices.
- Knowledge in WMS, SAP or PowerBi is a plus.
