As a Warehouse Operations Manager, you will manage and oversee the receiving, handling, storing, picking, and packing activities within the warehouse, ensuring quality standards are met at every turn. You are expected to be exceptionally detail oriented and able to track multiple facets of the warehouse at any given time. You must achieve inventory accuracy, coordinate orders, and track shipping times, ultimately overseeing the fulfillment of large product orders every year.
Job (Warehouse Jobs in Dubai – Trendyol Group) Responsibilities
- Ensure warehouse network operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal by establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals
- Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage, inventory management, gate processes, and shipping requirements
- Provide effective management of warehousing activities to deliver high quality services for business units within the region, including stock checks, unloading, receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch, at policy and strategy levels.
- Manage warehouse teams to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals.
Job (Warehouse Jobs in Dubai – Trendyol Group) Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain/Industrial Engineering/Business Management/Mathematics or other quantitative discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse management, 3PL logistics management.
- Knowledge of principles and methods for moving goods by air, rail, sea, or road, including the relative costs and benefits plus.
- Experience in warehouse volume & labor planning, performance metrics, process improvement and lean techniques.
- Excellent collaboration skills that enable you to earn trust at all levels.
- Ability to effectively work with remote teams across continents and deliver results.
